The lesson in this scenario is that you don't always have to use the keyword with the highest trend or greatest search volume. Use the search terms that make the most sense for your situation. When it comes to SEO you're always trying to balance the needs of consumers, the business, and search engines. So, when trying to decide which keywords to use, always prioritize the consumer and the business's objectives first, then consider how search engines factor into the mix. It's a balancing act and there will always be trade-offs.

However, if you're in a smaller market that isn't very competitive, then it is probably worth the effort trying to rank for the term "Bathroom Renovation".

On each page you can explain the differences and advantages of each type. Having separate pages will broaden your digital footprint and help you reach more consumers.
